Welcome to CPS Test Kit. These terms cover your use of cpstestkit.com. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't continue using the site.
CPS Test Kit doesn't set cookies directly. Anything the site saves, like your test results, personal bests, and preferences, is stored locally in your browser using localStorage, not cookies. Some third-party services (Google AdSense, Google Analytics) may set cookies, but only after you've given consent through our tool. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Unless otherwise noted, CPS Test Kit owns the rights to the material on this site: the text, design, and the benchmarking tools themselves. You're welcome to use the site for your own personal purposes, but please don't republish, resell, or redistribute our content without asking first.
Some tools on this site are independent recreations or tributes to concepts created by others, credited on their respective pages. Stimulation Clicker is an independent recreation of Neal Agarwal's original game at neal.fun. Kohi Click Test is a recreation of a test style that originated on the Kohi Minecraft network. Coreball Game is an adaptation of the concept behind AA Ball. Castle Quest (our Captcha Game) is our own standalone creation and isn't affiliated with Google reCAPTCHA or any real authentication system. None of these tools claim to be the original, and none are affiliated with or endorsed by the developers who made them.
You may not frame this site inside another website in a way that changes how it looks or functions, without our permission.
These tools are built to measure clicking, typing, and reaction speed, including from macros, scripts, or automated input, for testing or curiosity. That's fine. What isn't fine: scraping the site, running automated traffic against it, or attempting to disrupt how it runs for other visitors. Also worth knowing: the Weekly Leaderboard is stored locally in your own browser, so any score there is only ever visible to you. There's nothing to gain by manipulating it.
Some tools involve rapid, repetitive clicking or key pressing. Take breaks if your hand or wrist starts to feel strained. Sustained fast clicking can also wear down a mouse's physical switches over time. We're not responsible for any physical strain or hardware wear from using these tools; that's a normal risk of the activity itself, not something specific to this site.
This site isn't directed at children under 13, matching our Privacy Policy. If you're younger than that, please use the site with a parent or guardian.
We don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or perfectly up to date. Tools are provided as-is, and we work to keep them accurate but can't promise perfection.
CPS Test Kit is free to use. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
