About CPS Test Kit
CPS Test Kit started from a simple frustration: most click speed and gaming skill tests online are cluttered with ads, unreliable in their timing, or both. It came out of a personal interest in mechanical keyboards and competitive clicking, wanting a place to actually test speed and reaction time without wading through pop-ups or wondering if the number on screen was even accurate.
That's still what this site is for. A free set of browser-based tools for testing click speed, reaction time, keyboard performance, and related skills, built to be precise and genuinely free to use.
Privacy comes first
Nothing here requires an account, and nothing you do on this site leaves your browser. Every test result, personal best, and leaderboard entry is stored locally on your own device; we never see it, and it's never sent to a server. The full breakdown is on our Privacy Policy page.
How the tools actually work
Every test uses the browser's Performance API for millisecond-accurate timing, not rough estimates. If you want the technical detail behind exactly how each tool measures what it measures, that's all laid out on the Methodology page.
Free, ad-supported
CPS Test Kit is free to use, with no accounts, no paywalls, and no artificial limits. A small amount of advertising keeps it that way; you can control that in at the bottom of any page.
